At Hedges Electric & Construction Inc. nothing is of greater concern to us than the safety, health, and welfare of our employees. To meet this goal Hedges Electric & Construction Inc. continually strives to provide all of our employees a safer workplace by eliminating any and all hazards, provide our employees with safety and health training, as well as providing the necessary protective equipment.

An additional goal is to instill a safe work attitude and ethic in all of our employees. All Foremen perform weekly safety meetings with our employees on each jobsite and inspects the jobsite regularly.

Hedges Electric & Construction Inc. has a written safety manual, which includes as accident and injury program, hazard program, and safe work practices. We also have a company safety Director.
